Let's e-meet
After receiving your CV, our HR-manager will contact you for a short call, to get a first impression.

Job interview
We invite you for a job interview, ask us anything you want to know and we'll do the same. We both can judge if there’s a connection to continue the procedure. You will have the interview with the HR- and the department manager.

Case
We will ask you to prepare and present a short case that we will distribute upfront. This allows us to get an impression on how you approach a typical subject from within your role. And it will allow you to get an impression of what challenges you would have to deal with in your new role. You will present the case to the manager and the HR-manager.
